Reward Offered

Seriously when are we going to see this thing? Last time I posted I was heading to a beer night which was a really good time. Good tip though is not to drink beer with a Viking on it that's 10% as it will get you in the end. Fathers Day brought the Dads together for a feed of beef ribs that I did on the grill. I did up 16 lbs and the grill was packed and I have a big ass grill. Anyway soon after the rain returned and hasn't let up much since.

I was in a very wet ball tournament last weekend. Unreal how wet ut was. Have beer? Will play ball.

Peter Coade says there may be sun today but definitely not this weekend. I return to reality a week from today and it would be nice to have some sun around here.

Here's Johnny...

A few weeks back I was told of a photo of Johnny Cash that was found in a drawer in Cape Breton. It stars none other than one of my heroes Mr. Johnny Cash in of all places St. Peter's at the Cosy Corner in Cape Breton. Knowing what we know now I wonder if the photographer found Johnny this day or CASH his alter-ego. Alter-egos are fun have you ever met my version of the pirate? He's a real treat!

He may pop out in a few hours as a buddy of mine is hosting a beers of the World night. Not as snotty of an event as one might think trust me.

And the clouds parted...

Hey all,

Some weather huh? Looking around this AM you'd think there was a hurricane last night. Close enough I guess. But today it's bright and sunny, even looks that way for the weekend! Other clouds have parted too. I accepted a position with a company called Access Labels Wednesday based in Amherst of all places I will be travelling the Maritimes primarily. The owner seems really nice and laid back. To soon to see if he drinks rum or not. BUT he does like to golf. It will be nice to contribute to society again....

Seriously, this little "break" was nice but I really want to get back to work. Just getting around more people on a daily basis will be nice. Hitting the roads instead of airports will help too!

I apologize to everyone I might have growled at in the past little bit. Before February I was probably really mad anyway and won't apologize for that LOL.

It has be great getting reconnected with the kids while I've been off. It helped me see that our relationship was suffering from all of the travel before. Certainly with Emma it's nice to see I'm more of a go to figure.

Anyway, time to wrap up projects that I started around here and take some time to chill too! Perhaps a trip to the woods is in order? I also have to get ready for the Deckstravaganza not many more sleeps and I've still got a few tunes to learn on the guitar by then.

SUNRAINSUNRAINSUNRAIN

Seems like that's the weather lately here. I've been staining the deck and I need good weather to do that. What a job this has been. If you've seen the deck you know it's big. I'm up to 15 gallons of stain so far. Would I do it again? HMM.... Anyway Liam started ball this week and I am one of his coaches. I got to pick the RED SOX for the team. What a knob huh? We've got a ball tournament next weekend for the big people. Better start stretching now. Don't need to go to the hospital. Speaking of which I just came from the doctor's office. I am being sent to see an endocrinologist. My cholesterol is out of whack more than ever. Great.
